What is the advantage or the BlackBerry Bold 9780 Onyx II? Physically, not much different from his previous series Bold, BlackBerry Bold 9700 or Onyx. In fact, both are almost the same at first glance.
One of the advantages that belongs to the BlackBerry Bold 9780 instead of Onyx is its operating system. If Onyx buried the BlackBerry OS 5, the Bold 9780 presents the latest operating systems from RIM, the BlackBerry OS 6, which used exactly the same as the BlackBerry Torch 9800.
In addition to the BlackBerry OS 6, RIM also enhance the multimedia capabilities, especially the camera. BlackBerry Bold 9780 has a 5MP camera complete with auto focus feature, scene modes, image stabilization, flash, and features a video recorder. Meanwhile, Onyx only has 3.15 MP camera.
On the memory side of the Onyx II was superior. If you have 256MB RAM Onyx, Onyx II had been increased to 512MB. Of course this affects the performance of the software. While the internal memory, Onyx also cluck. Bold 9780 allowing additional storage with a card slot up to 32GB, while the Onyx is only up to 16GB.
